"Perfumes from Spain" is a collection of proverbs from the estate of the researcher and author Moshe David Gaon. Indeed, this perfume did not come, and from our bookshelf, both of the readers for their enjoyment, and of the scholars of popular literature and scholars of the Sephardic-Jewish language, we will be enriched by a new treasure of Sephardic-Jewish proverbs. This collection, along with other files of proverbs that have already been published, expresses a respectable and important division of the folklore passed down from generation to generation in the Sephardic-Jewish communities in Asia Minor and the Balkans, in North Africa and the Near East, and especially in Israel.
