Letter from Mokeda
I received a letter from Mokeda, and I am reading it to you in his own words.
I wanted to share with you, she writes, in a project in memory of Uri Ansbacher who was murdered last week, a project that started yesterday and already involves hundreds if not thousands of women!
Batsheva Sadan, whose parents, Rabbi Eli and Dina Horowitz the XNUMXth, were murdered in their home in Kiryat Arba, in XNUMX, published a post yesterday morning in which she invites women to embroider a square of cloth, in memory of Uri Ansbacher. As a sign of pain, as a sign of hope
Within hours, hundreds of women joined in to weave pieces of cloth, and send them to Batsheva and she would sew something from them up to thirty in her memory,
Her original idea was a canopy, but already yesterday it seemed, that there are so many squares that it will be enough for a curtain as well, and maybe even more than that… whatever the family decides.
And here is Batsheva Sadan's post:
My heart can not keep quiet, it is still shaking and hurting so much,
And I try to collect the tears, to channel the emotions and not find how.
I'm not a man of demonstrations, nor of quarrelsome posts,
I do not know what to do, and probably my opinion does not really matter.
And I thought maybe if each of us takes the time to make a little tissue,
One square,
And we will gather the tissues together into one great human tissue,
We can sew together a large canopy, or a curtain. For Uri's memory…
I also thought that the fabric for embroidery could be torn from a garment, as the mourners do.
"Because we all 'yes we all
We are all one living human tissue
And if one of us leaves us ,,,
Something is dead in us
And something is left with him. "
Movement Party
The Zionist Camp Party, or the Labor Party in its previous version, is constantly being eulogized, we are constantly hearing heartbreaking lamentations about the fate of the party whose founders, primaries, built the country, and now alas it is in danger of not passing the blocking percentage,
And I thought that a party is not a person to mourn his passing, and you want to address all the eulogizers in the words of the prophet Jeremiah who said: "Do not weep for the dead, and do not mourn for him; in short do not weep, for there is nothing.
Party Today… All in all, it's a collection of ambitious people, who want to be elected to the Knesset, and if they succeed then they are ministers and Knesset members, and if not, then they go home, and look for another job, what belongs obituaries here,.
I would understand the lamentations and hey, if it was a movement, as they once called the labor movement, it's a different thing ,,,
When a movement disappears it is something worth crying about…
Because movement is an ideological whole, a stream of values, it is an ideological back wind, it is a pure system of vision, according to which people live and conduct themselves, and would like to see all the inhabitants of the country live in their spirit and image.
This is how it used to be, there were ideological movements, with a longing for the fulfillment of the way and the direction…
And when those values are lost from the movement, evaporate, fade, and it remains like a scaffold or a stock market skeleton, it's just like the soul of a person abandoning the body, and then we have under the movement
Party, without title and without flag. Just a desire for the pleasures of government…
A party is therefore a movement without a soul, after all, what idea? What ideology? What vision does the party have? Like the Labor Party, which changes names all the time because of unions and disengagement,
That every four years replaces her trademark, not to mention her DNA,
How will we identify or identify, with a party that comes to its voters, once with a platform of distinct leftist values,
Once it disguises itself as a social movement, another time its absolute security security,
Another time she becomes social
All according to the inclinations of the hearts of those who headed it at that time, there is no consistency, no spirit, there is only a look at the survey, (the great mentor instructing the direction and way),
Which seem to a random hour of desire, as the right destination, that the people want at this hour! Or on this day! Or at this moment.!
This work party, already called Lost, which is constantly eulogized reminds me of a singer who tries every now and then, a new style, new musical motifs, and he falls between all the chairs, because no one can identify him already among his many desperate ideas and attempts, so abandon him For the benefit of those who are consistent in their singing…
On the day the Labor Party, or any other name given to it, returns to being a movement with a clear political, economic, social and unchanging vision according to the image of its leaders (decapitated in one order after another), the day the party creates its party body has a soul, ,, because everything exists in it just is not seen ,,, it will return to being a movement as before. The Labor Movement.
Then there will be no need for a eulogy, because it will live again, and even be a central factor as in the past in the Israeli experience,
Until then, even if it disappears as a party, no one will mourn the justified class.
Nathan Elbaz
This week, sixty-five years ago, he sacrificed his life for his friends by jumping on a grenade by Natan Elbaz, an IDF soldier, for his sacrifice, Elbaz was decorated with the exemplary decoration.
He was born in Morocco, and at the age of seventeen, left his family, and immigrated to Israel alone, as part of the youth aliyah.
He enlisted in the IDF, and served as a soldier in the Givati Brigade. On the eleventh of February, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-four, Elbaz was given the routine task of dismantling hand grenades.
Olbaz began the task, sitting in a tent. Suddenly Elbaz heard a knock, and realized that the Nazarene of one of the grenades had been released. He came out of the tent with the grenade in his hand, and shouted at his friends to hide. Realizing that he could not throw the grenade without hurting his friends, he embraced the grenade to his chest and ran away from them. When the grenade exploded, he was killed, saving the lives of his friends.
For his deed, Lolbaz can be praised after his death by Chief of Staff Moshe Dayan. Which was later converted into a masterpiece decoration.
On the Soldier Elbaz / Poet Written by Natan Alterman
You wanted to hurry, without standing, as if
Your crazy hand is strong.
You ran fast and your face darkened
As the man who breaks the scourge.
You're so quick to run that even
You did not justify it, Elbaz.
Oh, hot and rushing without law,
African root, son of Marok.
Oh, galloping unreservedly and braking,
Like a wild man who is forever.
The pomegranate back you did not throw
For there was a man in the tent of meeting.
The pomegranate before you did not slay,
Because people were seen outside.
Here you have opened, you have opened your eyes
And in your hand is a diligent lion.
Oh, you throw me into the thicket of lawlessness.
African root, son of Marok.
Oh, it freezes wide open and is stunned
In the eyes of the Lord of the worlds.
So you broke into running on rusty ground,
On the world… to ask in its proximity
A place where there is no man and no child
And the road is heavy and heavy
And in your hand is the bomber
Which began to count to four.
Oh, breaking through and washing away without a law,
Ah, you have trouble getting up.
Oh, regressive element and raw -
Selective, Sovereign of the world!
Oh, fall on dirt like a law.
African root, son of Marok.
Hah. Mouth open and stunned,
To us a sovereign forever.
There is no one among us who does not say today that now is not what it used to be…
That once there were heroes ,,, that once was different ,,, that once there was motivation ,,, that once the value of membership was different ,,,, and that today everything is different,
Fifty years after Nathan Olbaz's heroic act of heroism
Major Roi Klein, an IDF officer, deputy commander of the fifty-first battalion of the Golani Brigade, was killed in the battle of Bint Jbeil during the Second Lebanon War, after he jumped on a hand grenade to save his soldiers.
Those present in the act of heroism said that Shema Yisrael shouted and jumped on the grenade. For this act he was awarded the Medal of Courage after his death.
(The song Eretz Natan Yonatan)
Sues his parents
More and more we hear on TV mainly in various reality shows, grievances in the form of righteous monologues, of adolescent boys, complaining about the parents, who were such and such, (negative I mean, and who caused harm to their son ,,,), and because of this the son went into a bad culture, I mean That he is not a human being is not he ,,, it is they ,,, the parents ,,,
This week I read something that raised the bar in a few notches, twenty-seven-year-old Samuel, from New Delhi, wants to sue his parents: "They gave birth to me without my consent" he claims! And adds that people are not allowed to have children without their consent: (of the children)
"I love my parents, he says but they brought me into the world for their happiness"
To promote his faith, Raphael has a Facebook page, through which he expresses his opposition to cultures that encourage childbirth. "People in India need to know (he says) that having children is a choice," "they should demand from their parents an explanation of why they gave birth to them."
And since the guy is defined as anti-Natalist I went to find out what it is, well "anti-Natalists", are people who believe it is immoral to have children.
Anti-Natalism is a philosophical position that attributes negative value to procreation, both morally and because of the danger of population explosion.
To sue his parents in our case, there is nothing against children, but he sees himself as a victim of being forced to come into the world.
"I wish all the kids in India knew they did not owe their parents anything," I love my parents, and we have a wonderful relationship, but they gave birth to me for their enjoyment and happiness.
And I will not act like them, especially when I know that the same creature did not consent to exist. "
I have no doubt that you now want to say the words of Achish / Melech Gat when David comes impersonating the madman "" Here you will see a man who is going crazy, why bring him to me. Missing lunatics, I ",
Well it's real, and the man is indeed preparing to know to sue his parents, for not asking him if he wants to go out into the world air ,,,,
I would add something much more serious to his claim (if already then already), he will die sooner or later, and this is a claim he can add to the original, more serious because if he had not been born thanks to his parents, he would not have died because of them, he would sue them for His future death…
Gender
This past weekend, nineteen-year-old Uri Ansbacher was murdered by a terrorist from the Hebron area.
This is what we read in the newspaper this week, and we were shocked,
But there was something else this week that made this cruel and terrifying event, more insane, it was the hallucinatory question mark ,,, puzzling ,,, outrageous ,,, that hovered over the horrific act,
If it was an act of rape that ended in murder, then the definition is for that one ,,,
Or there was rape and murder here for nationalistic reasons ,,, then we define it differently,
Yes that was the question (would you believe)? In it, the country struggled for about two days ,,, because it really changes the picture ,,,
For some reason, an innocent nineteen-year-old girl was murdered, sitting on a rock among trees in a Jerusalem forest, looking fascinated at the mountain scenery opposite,
And so a day or two after the murder we still did not know, whether it was murder and rape as a result of only an animal lust, of a monster, or whether there was also in fact a nationalist tone with an Islamic saint whom you handed over,,
A young man leaves a village near Hebron, with a knife in his hand, after he has already been the victim of terrorist attacks on Jews,
And he finds what he is looking for in a helpless "flower girl" who has set out to connect with the flowers like her,
He brutally raped her, and also murdered her, and for this horror await definition, rape or nationalist murder?
For example when I read about the case I had no problem with the definition.
I have it ready, and from the years of experience in this country,
It was a monstrous murder of a Palestinian terrorist who sought to kill Jews.
Israeli MK Aida Toma Suleiman, on the other hand, has other definitions of murder, she claims that it is a murder on the basis of gender.
(God, how can you even give a definition to monsters) Gender homicide,
And she goes on to say that "crime should be called by its name - if the criminal is Palestinian it does not make him any less shocking," says the MK. But "the government is criminal when it uses this murder to continue to tarnish the struggle of the Palestinian people"…
Do you understand? It's us the criminals, it's also the killer ,,, but we too… We and the son of Belial who murdered
What is she saying, in fact the esteemed MK ,,, or what is the message after the high words (gender that gender), her ,,,
I will explain to you, because she does not specify, and she also knows why she does not specify, because rape is not respectable enough for a war of liberation of a people…
Therefore, it is not appropriate, and perhaps the "hero" will not receive the reward he deserves for the murder of a Jew, like his many wives in our prisons, the "campers", in a five-star pension with doctoral studies, and World Cup broadcasts,
And this is an injustice we do to the Palestinian struggle, when we call this murderer a national criminal, when he is merely a rapist and only a murderer, and only a butcher, and he did not even shout once, Allah and Akbar…
I will now explain to you what the Knesset member did not explain to us, so that you will understand what a real struggle against the occupation is,
Sacred respectable struggle,, non-gender,
This is, for example, the "Palestinian hero" who murdered five family members in the town of Itamar - including two children aged eleven and three, and a one-month-old baby, whose name was not rape, so her name fought the occupation.
And the "non-gendered" hero, of MK Suleiman, broke into their home - in Itamar while they were sleeping, and stabbed them to death while they slept. He did not rape, he slaughtered ,,, and this is what a real struggle for the liberation of the Palestinian people looks like,
Now that we understand what gender is, let's get back to us…
It sounds logical to you that a bastard would kill a nineteen-year-old flower, come out of his house with a knife, slaughter a girl and rape her, and on our radio they would say a delusional and insane sentence "who do not yet know how to define horror, whether it was gender or nationalist , Such monsters need an urgent examination by a psychiatrist.
July and July
When I read the results of the primaries for the Labor Party, I saw at the top of the list, the Member of Knesset, Itzik Shmuli, and I was happy.
Shmuli is a very respected, very humble, very polite MK,
Known in many legislative initiatives.
Shmuli has led many social struggles in the Knesset, against injustices of long-term care-group insurance, along with struggles to increase old-age benefits, and integration and support of people
And in vulnerable populations such as children with cancer and children with muscular dystrophy, lone soldiers, the disabled and Holocaust survivors and legislation to increase punishment against animal abusers.
All of these and more earned him, among other things, four times in a row the title of "most social MK
And "Decoration of Light for Holocaust Survivors,
In the February 2019 primary election held by the Labor Party ahead of the twenty-first Knesset elections, Shmuli came in first place
Now, to another party ,,,
In the counting of ballots in the Likud primaries came. To the first place on the party list for the next Knesset is Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein
He was elected by two thousand and thirteen, on behalf of the Likud faction, as its candidate for the position of Speaker of the Knesset. He won the support of all members of the faction,
When he was elected to office, he addressed an unforgettable call to the Knesset members:
"Please, treat this place with reverence. See the Knesset as a kind of" little temple. "Do not let the mockers, the mockers and the cynics distract you and let go of your hands. Be attentive to the public. This is how the job should be seen - fulfilling a mission in the public service,
And why am I writing about the two elected officials who won first place, in the primaries of their parties, because perhaps it is a sign and a sign, to the great public that elected them, that it has lost its soul from the quarrelsome, the shouting, and the growling, and the barking,
A degree that requires humility, politeness, diligence, pleasantness, and seriousness,
The election of the two, Itzik Shmuli and Yuli Edelstein, to the first places in their parties, is a great statement by the public, that plays and pike figures do not impress!
Humility, truth, seriousness, and devotion, and "the words of the sages that are at ease are heard" are what win the heart.
Madrasia of Ovadia Hamama
The midrash for the "Commandment" affair tries to connect the affairs of the High Priest's attire, with the "new king's clothes" of Hans Christian Andersen, the fig leaves, and the attire matters in general.
The garment is not only meant to hide and cover, but to reveal a deep meaning 'that even affects outwardly and strives to elevate the whole material world.
The garment makes the man:
From royal robes to the robe of the sea,
From the mantle of light and up to a fig tree,
Striped shirt and priest's clothes.
The garment dresses, reveals, reflects
What is inside - in fact reveals,
The cloak of light, which once was
Until we are mourned and mourned ,,, fig leaves.
In front of the high priest required
To honor and glorify the garments of the temple,
Ascending slave with a new garment
And in front of him is a little boy who gets upset…
Who cries out in a heart full of faith and innocence:
"He is turned, he is turned, the king of Aram"
The garment makes the man:
From royal robes to the robe of the sea,
From the mantle of light to a fig tree,
Striped shirt up to priestly clothes…
The garment makes the person / lyrics and melody: Ovadia Hamama sings with him Niv Yosefi
Niv Yosefi sang with him
